The location of HOTEL A. GAUDI could not be better: Madrid's Gran Via at the intersection of Alcala Street, a few metres from the Plaza Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. All of Madrid's main attractions are in walking distance from the Museum golden triangle to the Congreso de los Diputados to the""tapas"" bars, etc. The remains of the building date from the beginning of the century, although it opened as a hotel only a few years ago. It was renovated in 2000 and still has the original neoplateresque facade of 1917. HOTEL A. GAUDI has 185 rooms on 7 floors. All of them have air conditioning, interactive satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, Canal +, piped-in music, radio, telephone, minibar, safe deposit box and complete marble bathroom with a hair dryer and a telephone. The hotel also has other facilities such as a fitness centre with a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi free of charge. We also offer massage, hairdressers, a beauty salon and babysitting services. In the""La Pedrera"" restaurant, our clients can sample excellent Catalonian and international dishes. The hotel also has a coffee-bar, meeting, convention and banquet rooms.
