This 5-star luxury hotel is centrally located just off the famous Wenceslas Square and within walking distance from most of Prague's famous sights and close to many restaurants, bars, night-life and shopping venues. Elegant accommodation combining the 1920's character and modern comforts. ***LOCATION*** The hotel is situated between the Wenceslas Square and the central train station and right opposite the Prague State Opera. From this central location, all the famous places such as the Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter or Charles Bridge are within 15-min walk through picturesque historical streets. The central train station is also within walking distance from the hotel. ***EXTERIOR*** The property is a traditional building in Art Nouveau style dating back from 1927. ***ROOMS*** Standard double rooms are 22sqm in size with either one king or two single beds, a sitting area and a work desk. Single rooms are 14sqm and triple 29 sqm in size. All rooms were newly renovated in 2008. They are furnished in a classical style with elegant furniture made of precious wood and equipped with all modern amenities including 32inch LCD TVs. The spacious bathrooms are decorated with Italian Carrara marble. Most of rooms have a back view and are very quiet. ***RESTAURANTS & BARS*** The hotel's French restaurant serves French and Italian specialties and features a beautiful Murano chandelier. The Est Bar is a cosy, wood-panelled bar in a style of an English club of past times. The hotel's Cafee is decorated in the 1920's style and includes an outdoor terrace in summer months.
