This 4-star new contemporary design hotel (opened 2002) is situated near the city centre in the shopping/business district Smichov with good transport links to all major areas of interest. Stylish and modern accommodation with up-to-date amenities, exquisite restaurants and leisure facilities. **LOCATION** The hotel is located in the shopping business Andel area of the Smichov district (left bank of Vltava river), which is in the centre of Prague, however requires a short journey by public transport to the Old Town or Little Quarter where most famous sights are located. Only 3 metro stops away from Wenceslas Square/Old Town and only about 10 mins by tram away from Charles Bridge and Little Quarter (tram 12 or 20). **EXTERIOR** The property is a newly-constructed (2002) design hotel built in a modern, contemporary style. It was designed by leading British architects and designers Jestico + Whiles. **LEISURE FACILITIES** Fitness & Health Centre (extra charged) includes cardio zone, body building room, sauna, solarium, steam bath and massage. There is also a hairdresser's and beauty salon at the hotel. **ROOMS** The rooms are spacious, airy and flooded by light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Rooms are extremely modern, yet quite simply designed with stylish and discrete furniture which combine highest comfort with up-to-date functionality. Modern amenities include satellite TVs, DVD, high-speed internet, two telephone lines and individually adjustable air-conditioning. The crystal-like luxury bathrooms are spacious and feature separate bathtub and shower, heated floor, cosmetic bar and a ladies make-up mirror. **RESTAURANTS & BARS** "Delight" restaurant offers breakfast or different kinds of gastronomic events. "Oscar's" bar/brasserie is a fashionable venue serving Italian coffee specialities, a fresh and light lunch or dinner in a trendy, atmospheric environment. Hot buffet breakfast is included.
